A lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast, Miriam has experience as a professor, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. As a former college athlete, Miriam believes in elevating your team through elevating yourself – which is exactly what you’ll do in her ride. Push yourself to new levels, and your team will rise with you. Miriam’s training motto is that it should always be functional, efficient, and fun. Her music is always upbeat and will bring out your shoulder shimmy in class.
