This is what’s on Adam Harvey’s mind every time he walks up the stairs after a ride. A member of the SWERVE community, Adam saw the opportunity to use his expertise as a chef to help improve our menu and ensure our riders’ bodies are getting what they need. So he teamed up with SWERVE Smoothie Bar Master, Cam Bench, and they did just that. They set out with a few strict requirements for each smoothie, no exceptions:
every smoothie had to be delicious
every smoothie had to provide nutrients that your post-workout body needs
absolutely no sugars or sweeteners would be added
From there, the experimentation began. They tried recipe after recipe, altering proportions, combinations, and techniques, until each smoothie was just right. And when the recipes were set, the SWERVE Bar was born.
